Want to make some changes around healthy eating and physical activity at your school?

Need help with sustainable healthy changes to lunchboxes or the food and drinks sold in the tuck shop or canteen?

Like some support in developing a nutrition policy, or becoming a milk and water-only school?

We can help!

Our range of free, curriculum-aligned programmes, activities and resources can help you achieve your needs while fitting in with your current planning.

What can we do?

To help schools positively influence student learning outcomes, the Heart Foundation supports schools who are looking to make some basic changes to their healthy eating and physical activity environment.

There are personalised options for schools who want to build on the work they are already doing to improve healthy eating and physical activity in their schools, or for those schools who want to excel in this area.

The Heart Foundation is also proud to deliver the Food for Thought nutrition education programme to year 5 and 6 students. Delivered over 3 sessions, Food for Thought covers the four food groups, sugary drinks, label reading and a supermarket visit.
